How the Trial Works
Every individual order comes with a 14-day home trial, starting from your delivery date. Sit in it, work in it, live with it — genuinely test whether it's right for you.
- • Applies to all models — Aria, Nova, Halo, and Zenith
- • Limited to 1 chair per order
- • 14 days counted from the date your order is delivered
- • Chair must be returned in the condition it was received
- • Available for West Malaysia only — return shipping costs to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) make this trial impractical to offer there
If You Return It
If the chair isn't right for you within the 14-day window, here's what happens:
- • You arrange and pay for return shipping back to us
- • A 15% restocking fee applies, calculated on the amount you actually paid (after any discount used) — not the listed price
- • Original outbound shipping (RM30 flat rate) is non-refundable, same as most retailers
- • The remaining balance is refunded once we receive and inspect the chair
If Your Chair Arrives Damaged or Defective
This is different from a trial return. If something's wrong with the chair itself — not just a change of mind — contact us right away. We'll arrange a free return or replacement, no return shipping cost and no restocking fee.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
The 14-day trial is designed for individual purchases and is limited to 1 chair per order to prevent bulk-order misuse. Corporate and bulk orders are instead covered by the same defect/damage protection above, handled through your dedicated account contact.
