This varies slightly by model, but every kussi chair supports at least 100kg, tested to BIFMA and SGS standards. Check the individual product page for the exact rating on your model of choice.

These aren't two different chair types — they're two parts of the same chair. Every kussi chair uses a breathable mesh backrest for airflow, paired with a cushioned fabric seat with high-density foam for support where you actually sit.

It's a hybrid build — mesh where you need airflow, cushion where you need comfort.

We'd rather show you the full range a chair comes in than hide it — even colors we don't currently have in stock. If your preferred color is marked out of stock, it means we haven't brought it in yet, not that it's discontinued.

Yes — we ship to East Malaysia via Poslaju Air, at a flat rate of RM150-200 depending on the model.

Note: the 14-day home trial is currently available for West Malaysia only, due to return shipping costs. East Malaysia orders are still covered by our standard warranty and defect protection.

West Malaysia: 2-5 working days via DHL or Poslaju.

East Malaysia: shipped via Poslaju Air — timing can vary a little more, we'll keep you updated once your order ships.

Chairs ship flat-packed with all tools included — most people assemble it themselves in 20-30 minutes.

If you'd rather not assemble it yourself, we offer installation for RM100 per unit within Klang Valley. For corporate or bulk orders, reach out separately — installation terms usually differ when ordering in quantity.
